YnabToMonarch is a web application that helps users transfer their financial data from YNAB (You Need A Budget) to Monarch Money. The Service processes your YNAB data and formats it for import into Monarch Money.

• Authorized Use: You must be the authorized owner of the YNAB account you're transferring data from
• Platform Compliance: You are responsible for complying with both YNAB's and Monarch Money's terms of service

• Backup: We recommend backing up your data before using our Service
• Lawful Use: You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws
• Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the security of your YNAB and Monarch Money accounts

• Transferred data accuracy depends on the quality and format of your original YNAB data

In no event shall YnabToMonarch, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, consequential, or special damages, including without limitation loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Service.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless YnabToMonarch and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees).

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will post prominent notices on our website and update the "Last Updated" date. Since we do not store user contact information, users are responsible for periodically reviewing these terms for changes.
